Taylor Nizich
Taylor is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with nearly 10 years of clinical experience. Licensed in North Carolina, she earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Arizona State University in 2016, along with a bilingual certification. She is a certified bilingual English-Spanish SLP, PROMPT Level I Trained, and recognized as a Certified Autism Specialist.
Taylor has extensive experience providing speech and language services to children ages 18 months to 18 years across a range of settings, including hospitals, private practices, schools, and academic programs. Her areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder, early intervention, AAC, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, articulation/phonological disorders, and reading comprehension challenges.
Committed to a family-centered and individualized approach, Taylor prioritizes functional goals that support meaningful communication beyond the therapy setting. She partners closely with caregivers, offering ongoing education and support to promote carryover and empower families—often helping parents feel like “mini speech pathologists” themselves. A strong advocate for learning through play, Taylor incorporates engaging, play-based methods into her therapy to foster natural communication development.
Taylor is proud to provide in-home therapy services in Apex, Holly Springs, Cary, and Fuquay-Varina. She is also able to provide teletherapy services for anyone in the state of North Carolina
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. She is an avid reader, enjoys exercise, and loves exploring creative outlets.
